Australian Made Gutter Protection
At Leaf Free Gutter Guard, we manufacture gutter mesh at our facility in Toronto, New South Wales, and send it out across Australia. We opened in November 2022, though the people behind the business bring more than 25 years in gutter protection with them, and that experience is the reason we chose to make mesh here instead of importing it.
Our range covers 316 stainless steel, poly coated aluminium and fibreglass mesh, along with the primers, sealants, rollers, saddles, angle trims and applicators that go with it. We supply homeowners, trade customers ordering wholesale and certified installers working on residential, commercial and strata roofs.

Our Story
Almost every gutter guard sold in Australia arrives in a shipping container. We took a different view: that a product asked to sit on a hot Australian roof for two decades should be made for those conditions, by people who can be reached when something needs sorting.
So we set up in Toronto, near Newcastle, and started manufacturing. Mesh is made, coated and packed here. Widths are cut here. When a trade customer needs a run in a size that isn't standard, that conversation happens with the people who'll actually make it.
The other decision we made early was to bond our mesh with 3M VHB tape rather than screw it through the roof. It's a slower product to develop and a better one to live with.
