Mesh Made Here, Not Imported

At Leaf Free Gutter Guard, we're an Australian gutter guard manufacturer, and every roll of mesh we sell is made at our Toronto factory and delivered across Australia rather than shipped in from overseas. That means we control the mesh, the coating and the adhesive that holds it all down.

Our 316 stainless steel, poly coated aluminium and fibreglass meshes share a 2mm aperture, small enough to keep leaves, twigs and gumnuts out of your gutters while rainwater keeps flowing. The stainless and aluminium ranges are built to meet BAL-40 requirements for bushfire-prone areas.

Whether you're protecting a single roof or ordering by the pallet, call us on 1300 456 678 and we'll help you match the right mesh to the job.

Gutter Guard

Our gutter guard mesh comes in 316 stainless steel, poly coated aluminium and fibreglass. Each one uses a 2mm aperture that stops debris without slowing water flow.

Primers, Sealants & Tools

Clean preparation decides how long a fix lasts, so we supply primers, sealants and fitting tools alongside the mesh. Pressure rollers, saddles, angle trims and applicators are all part of the range.

Residential

Every home needs mesh matched to the roof profile, the gutter width and the trees overhead. Our residential range suits tile, corrugated and trimdek roofs.

Commercial / Strata

Larger roofs and strata buildings bring access, safety and budget considerations a single house doesn't. We supply mesh for commercial and strata projects by the roll, cut to the width the job needs.

Gutter Guard Fitting

Leaf Free is bonded down with 3M VHB tape rather than screwed through the roof sheet. Our fitting page explains how that works and what a sound fix looks like.

Gutter Cleaning & Repair

Gutters need to be clean and dry before mesh goes on, and damaged sections are worth sorting first. We cover what that preparation involves and what to check on an older roof.

Why Choose Leaf Free

Plenty of gutter mesh looks much the same once it's on a roof. The differences show up in the years afterwards, when a coating starts to chalk, fixings work loose or the aperture turns out to be too wide for gumnuts.

We make ours for Australian conditions. That's why the stainless and aluminium meshes are designed to meet BAL-40, and why we bond them down with 3M VHB tape instead of screwing through roof sheeting. Stainless mesh carries a warranty of up to 20 years, aluminium up to 15.

Behind the product is a team with more than 25 years in gutter protection, and a factory we can walk into rather than a container we're waiting on.
